Football, Fall-fashion, and spiced lattes are already upon us and are here to stay this fall/winter! With all of the festivities starting to pour into our holiday schedules- it may feel tempting to startmaking it rainon fan-favorite purchases + seasonal splurges. But don’t worry, that’s where we come in and get you covered. We’re here to remind you that you can balance out budgeting and spending while being financially conscious without being a Grinch this year— Or worse, completely wiping out your paycheck. Here are 7 money-saving activities & hacks to keep your budget on target this season instead of at Target all season. 🙂

 

Tip #1

Did someone say Pumpkin Spice? Hot Lattes, comfy clothes, and classes are back in session. Did you know seasonal beverages average around $5 a cup? Woah slow down there– we aren’t telling you to stop drinking coffee by any means, but we do suggest supporting a local coffee shop only 1-2 days out of the week tops and begin brewing at home. BOOM. Then begin to see the money pour into your home’s piggy bank. Now that’s what we call a $avings glow-up.

Fall wardrobe CHECK! Peacoats, scarves, boots, and gloves. Before you blow a check, make sure to be on the lookout for holiday sales so you can snag the latest fashion wardrobe finds at discounted prices online and in-store. 

Yes, fits can still be affordable without breaking the bank account.

Happy Hour is for the Holidays! With hospitality businesses starting to bloom once again, and familiar faces reuniting, there’s not a better place to bring your favorite folks together, and rekindle with friends. What better way to support local businesses and communities than by hitting the hometown's daily specials at happy hour? Save some serious money and support your local servers with gracious tips! It’s a win-winfor everybody!

FALL, FANS, AND FANTASY FOOTBALL! What's Fall without Football anyway? Some of our favorite activities to do this season is enjoying our team’s games with friends, finger-lickin’ foods, and enjoying a cold beer at the local sports bar! But truth be told, we could all spare more than a buck by having a Potluck Football Party. It’s definitely something worth trying out, and not to mention it can be very entertaining too. Everyone BYOB!! And let’s face the facts, one drink at the bar = a six-pack from the grocery store! Now that's a SAVE.
